Effective October 2, 2026. These Terms of Use apply to WyoHoops.com and its associated features, including the Player Portal, media submissions, recruiting inquiries, and partnership pages. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Who can use WyoHoops

Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Users under 18 must involve a parent or guardian where consent is required. Children under 13 must not independently create accounts or submit personal information; a parent or guardian must contact WyoHoops before seeking access. Paid partnerships must be purchased by an adult authorized to enter an agreement for the named organization.

Accounts and verification

Protect your login credentials and notify us about suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate an athlete, coach, school, official, or organization. We may request appropriate verification, review an account or submitted statistics, restrict access, or remove content when reasonably needed for safety, authenticity, or enforcement. A verification label indicates the applicable review process; it does not guarantee every claim or future action of a user.

Respect the community

Do not harass, threaten, exploit, groom, discriminate against, or otherwise endanger others. Do not submit sexual content involving minors, private information about another person, spam, fraudulent statistics, malicious files, or content you lack permission to use. Do not bypass access controls, scrape private information, interfere with the site, misuse messaging, or attempt to obtain another user's account data. Report concerns to info@wyohoops.com. WyoHoops is not an emergency service.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting content, you grant WyoHoops a nonexclusive license to store, reproduce, format, edit, display, publish, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote WyoHoops coverage and the feature to which it was submitted. This includes using service providers and sharing published coverage on our social channels. Private account information and messages are handled according to the Privacy Policy, not treated as public promotional submissions.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions, including relevant permissions for people identified or depicted. Submission does not guarantee publication, recruiting exposure, payment, or a particular placement. We may moderate, decline, correct, or remove content. Contact us about corrections, permissions, or removal requests.

WyoHoops media and technology

WyoHoops branding, site design, original media, and software are owned by WyoHoops or their respective rights holders. You may view the service for its intended personal, educational, or authorized professional use. Do not republish, commercially exploit, remove watermarks from, or redistribute protected photos, videos, graphics, or site code without permission, except as allowed by applicable law. Browser deterrents do not make online material impossible to copy.

Stats, recruiting, events, and external resources

We aim to present useful basketball information, but records and submissions can contain errors or change. Request corrections when needed. WyoHoops does not guarantee recruiting offers, scholarships, employment, certification, playing time, event participation, or campaign results. Coaches, schools, officials organizations, and other external providers make their own decisions. Third-party links, including clinics, payment providers, and social platforms, are subject to those providers' terms. Separate event rules and agreements may apply.

Messaging and moderation

Authorized administrators may review conversation participants and message content for safety, moderation, support, and service administration. Do not use messaging for confidential information or assume conversations are end-to-end encrypted. We may retain relevant records, investigate reports, and restrict users or content when reasonably necessary. We do not promise to review every message before it is read or detect all misconduct.

Partnership payments and renewals

Bronze is $250 USD/month, Silver $500 USD/month, and Gold $1,000 USD/month. Each begins with a six-month commitment. Monthly plans renew monthly after the initial commitment. Six-month upfront plans receive a 10% discount: $1,350 Bronze, $2,700 Silver, or $5,400 Gold, and renew every six months. Recurring charges continue until cancellation takes effect. Specific benefits, billing authorization, minimum totals, renewal, and cancellation rules are disclosed at checkout and in the Partnership Terms, which govern those purchases.

Request a private billing link from the partnership page to update payment details, view invoices, or schedule cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the initial commitment or current paid billing period, whichever is later. For billing changes, disputes, or refund requests, email info@wyohoops.com. Scheduling cancellation does not automatically refund past payments. Applicable legal rights remain available. Other products or services may have separate purchase terms.

Availability and responsibility

The service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued, and particular features may be limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or a particular outcome. WyoHoops is not responsible for third-party conduct or indirect losses resulting from use of the service to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these terms and identify the current effective date. Material changes to an existing paid partnership's agreed scope or price require a separate agreement or applicable notice and consent; website edits alone do not silently change an existing commitment.
