Effective October 2, 2026. These terms apply to the WyoHoops partnership levels shown at checkout.

YOUR LEVEL & BENEFITS

Bronze: $250 USD per month for promotion on WyoHoops.com and in the Player Portal. Silver: $500 USD per month, including Bronze benefits plus one featured post per month with “presented by” sponsor recognition. Gold: $1,000 USD per month, including those benefits plus two featured posts per month and brand integration into a skit or video. We coordinate brand assets, placements, creative scope, and scheduling with you during onboarding. Audience figures do not guarantee impressions, sales, recruiting outcomes, or campaign results.

THE FIRST SIX MONTHS

Every plan begins with a six-month commitment. Monthly billing charges at signup and monthly thereafter: an initial minimum of $1,500 Bronze, $3,000 Silver, or $6,000 Gold. Choosing six months upfront saves 10%: $1,350 Bronze, $2,700 Silver, or $5,400 Gold for the initial six months.

AUTO-RENEWAL

Monthly plans renew monthly at the selected monthly price after the initial commitment. Upfront plans renew every six months at the selected discounted six-month price. Your saved payment method will be charged automatically until cancellation takes effect.

CANCELLATION & BILLING HELP

Request a private billing link from the partnership page at any time. Schedule cancellation there; it takes effect at the end of the initial six-month commitment or your current paid billing period, whichever is later. Scheduling cancellation stops future renewals after that date. Payment-method updates and invoices are available through the secure billing portal.

For payment questions, changes, or a refund request, contact info@wyohoops.com. WyoHoops handles requests directly; scheduling cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights required by applicable law.

YOUR BRAND & OUR WORK

Provide assets you have permission to use and authorize WyoHoops to use them for your partnership placements. WyoHoops will follow up after confirmed payment to collect your logo and coordinate delivery. Material changes to the agreed scope or pricing require a separate agreement.
