About Cooper Lancaster

Cooper lancaster is a 6'4", 185-pound versatile athlete from Smoot, Wyoming, who graduated from Star Valley High School in 2026. The son of Anna and Aaron Lancaster, Cooper grew up immersed in the Star Valley basketball program, riding the team bus long before high school while his dad coached. On the court, he played virtually every position—including point guard, shooting guard, and small forward.

Beyond basketball, Lancaster was a phenomenal multi-sport star, playing quarterback and free safety for the powerhouse Braves football team, where he helped anchor a historic four-year state championship streak ("4-peat"). Following graduation, Lancaster set his athletic career aside temporarily to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Uruguay, with plans to pursue college afterward.
